• Participating in business process mapping including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation.
• Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, performing fit/gap analysis, and providing recommendations.
• Documenting all engagements including creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, system integration and interface documents, and publishing reports as necessary.
• Providing key decision support, monitoring issues and risks, and creating mitigation plans for clients.
• Managing a full life cycle Net Suite ERP implementation from a technical, functional, and/or organizational change management standpoint.
• Championing sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote‑first operations, promoting paperless workflows, participating in recycling initiatives, and consistently demonstrating alignment with BPM’s values.

• Extensive experience within the Net Suite standard and advanced Manufacturing module.
• Thorough understanding of Net Suite WIP & routing functionality.
• Understanding of Net Suite Manufacturing or Advanced Manufacturing functionality, specifically around capacity planning and finite scheduling, advanced manufacturing workbench setup, and advanced manufacturing tablet setup.
• Knowledge of the various inventory costing methods within Net Suite including standard costing method.
• Previous advanced manufacturing implementations is a huge plus.
• A successful candidate should be able to lead and understand client’s manufacturing terminology.
• Understanding of BOM structures and their relations to work order build process.
• Ability to clearly define and gather requirements relating to Net Suite MFG module.
• Ability to fluently guide the customer through all warehouse‑related transactions such as inventory adjustments, worksheets, inventory transfers, bin transfers, bin put‑away sheets, inventory replenishment, and cycle counting.
• Knowledge of the Net Suite supported replenishment methods including time‑phase replenishment, material requirement planning, and reorder points.
• For applicants in Canada, this position may involve travel to the United States; candidates must be eligible to travel for client engagements.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
