We are hiring LIMS/MODA Lab Systems Administrator (Hybrid role).

Major Pharmaceutical Client
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Pay Rate: $70.00-$95.00/ Hr on W2
Description Objectives / Purpose- Execute administration and maintenance activities for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and other laboratory applications.
- Maintain master data, workflows, and support interfaces between laboratory instruments and enterprise systems.
- Provide end-user support and coordinate with global system owners regarding system changes, enhancements, and communications.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests through the organization s IT service management platform.
- Maintain and update workflows within laboratory systems.
- Support system and instrument integrations by implementing configuration changes and coordinating with internal IT teams as required.
- Perform master data updates to support routine business operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve master data issues while performing routine system administration tasks.
- Develop and maintain method verification scripts and system documentation for new functionality and routine system updates.
- Provide first-level application support, including responding to user inquiries and resolving system usage issues.
- Support computer system validation (CSV) activities for ongoing projects.
- Configure laboratory instruments to interface with laboratory information systems.
- Ensure laboratory personnel can effectively utilize laboratory systems while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain strong knowledge of laboratory information systems and the business processes they support.
- Evaluate system and process changes to determine potential impacts on data integrity and validated system status.
- Collaborate closely with laboratory personnel and business stakeholders.
- Serve as the liaison between local operations and global laboratory systems teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors when required.
- Support regulatory inspections as a laboratory systems subject matter expert (SME).
- Work with laboratory users to understand system utilization and recommend process or configuration improvements.
- Manage multiple work streams simultaneously while serving as a technical SME on laboratory systems projects.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry experience.
- Extensive experience configuring, developing, or administering Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or similar laboratory applications.
- Occasional travel may be required for business meetings, vendor engagements, project activities, and professional development.
