Role Overview

Customer Success Manager, Enterprise – New York City, NY. This hybrid role serves ’s most ambitious B2B clients, guiding them from tool adoption to full business transformation through strategic use of the platform’s AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion AI‑Led Transformation by advising clients on automating manual workflows, generating insights, and scaling operations with ’s AI suite.
  • Provide AI Consulting, building deep client trust and translating AI capabilities into tangible business value.
  • Lead Strategic Architecture workshops, connecting complex business challenges with automated solutions within the platform.
  • Drive Organizational Change by uncovering high‑impact opportunities for digital transformation and AI adoption.
  • Leverage data to develop communication strategies that drive expansion and technical maturity at scale.
  • Conduct high‑level technical enablement sessions that focus on scaling rather than just how‑to usage.
  • Advocate for the customer’s technical needs in Product and Engineering discussions, influencing AI and integration roadmaps.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Consulting, Product, and Sales teams to identify upsell and expansion opportunities rooted in technical solutioning.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Implementation Consulting.
  • Strong technical literacy: understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Deep curiosity about generative AI and a proven ability to translate AI capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Experience guiding large organizations through software transitions or process overhauls (Transformation Management).
  • Executive presence with superb communication skills and the ability to establish technical credibility with stakeholders and C‑suite executives.
  • Analytical mindset, using data to segment business books and identify high‑impact opportunities.
  • Adaptability and a positive, high‑energy attitude in a fast‑paced technical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in strategy consulting or business process mapping.
Compensation

$95000–115000 base salary, with additional discretionary bonus and equity opportunities per company plans.
