We are looking for an experienced Manager II, Site Reliability Engineering to drive reliability, automation, and performance in our cloud‑based infrastructure. The SRE team is responsible for the lifecycle of production systems and is embedded within Software Engineering teams to enable full‑speed, reliable shipping.

• Coordinate and support daily activities for SREs and partner with managers to define task management approaches.
• Track team success based on established goals and objectives.
• Manage limited‑scope issues, finding and executing solutions to routine problems.
• Embed within an Engineering team to navigate production excellence and advocate best practices.
• Mentor team members and drive initiatives.
• Design features with system‑wide and architectural considerations.
• Participate in on‑call support and understand day‑to‑day production tasks.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on design, deployment, operation, and optimization of services.
• Debug production issues across services and perform incident response and blameless post‑mortems.
• Identify process and tool improvements for overall team productivity.
• Identify and recruit top talent to join the team.
• Provide estimates, track progress, and manage risks and time.
• Participate in on‑call shifts with other disciplines to respond to incidents.
• Contribute to tech communities and add value externally.
• Align with our business domain, vision, mission, and strategy for short‑ and long‑term goals.

• 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• 2–5 years leading or managing SRE teams.
• Comfortable as a generalist and a specialist (“T‑shaped” skills).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience with TDD or BDD testing techniques (highly valued).
• Familiarity with container ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, build systems, and CI/CD tools.
• Ownership of complex system challenges and ability to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and empathy skills.

The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $160,000 – $200,000, with benefits. Salary depends on role, level, and location.
