GovCIO is looking for an Associate Service Desk Technician - Tier I to provide exceptional technical support to Veterans. You will assist users with mobile device setup, troubleshoot login issues, and address basic hardware/software problems across various platforms.
This fully remote position requires a commitment to service excellence and the ability to guide non-technical users through troubleshooting. If you are locally based in DC/MD/VA, attendance for a short training in herndon is required.
