Darkhorsetech is looking for a remote Field Technician in the Charlotte, NC area. You will travel to various dental offices to assist with technical issues and provide exceptional customer service.
This role requires excellent communication skills and 1-2 years of tech support and customer service experience. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science and reliable transportation.
The position offers a hybrid work model with working hours from Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and rotating Saturday coverage.
