- Workday Talent Management and Learning in Lincolnshire, IL. 40 hours/week. Job duties include:
Lead the design and implementation of Workday Talent Management and Workday Learning Management system. Play a critical role overseeing the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to understand talent management and learning requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and architect solutions using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other reporting tools while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Sciences, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. Will accept a combination of degrees/education/diplomas determined by a qualified and professional evaluation service to be the equivalent of the required bachelor's degree. Requires 5 years of experience as an IT Lead Analyst HCM
- Workday Talent Management and Learning or in a related role/capacity engaged in design, development, and deployment of Workday functionality. Requires experience in the following: 5 years of experience in Workday HCM design and configurations including performance management, learning management, reporting, and security; 3 years of experience utilizing HR processes, data structures, and best practices in HRIS integrations and reporting; 3 years of experience utilizing problem-solving skills to diagnose and propose effective solutions for Workday integrations related to performance management and learning;
3 years of experience in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; 2 years of experience utilizing project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Remote work benefit available. Employee can work from anywhere in the U.S. Annual salary: $ per year.
