Seeking a hands‑on Configuration Manager, the full‑time remote position will manage and improve Configuration Management processes, ensuring integrity across hardware, software, and technical data throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:- Own and execute Configuration Management activities across hardware, software, and technical data
- Administer and enhance Arena Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) workflows and processes
- Lead Engineering Change Order (ECO) workflows and Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities to ensure disciplined change control
- 8+ years of Configuration Management experience in aerospace, defense, or complex hardware environments
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes
- Proven ability to manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and maintain product traceability
- Experience supporting cross‑functional teams in a production environment
- Strong ability to develop and improve Configuration Management processes while executing detailed CM activities
