Location: St. Charles
Mercor is hiring Internal Medicine experts to design clinical scenarios and evaluate AI model outputs using healthcare reasoning data. This role is remote and allows physicians to work asynchronously, with 20 hours per week as default.
You will design prompts, grade AI responses, and provide feedback to improve model performance. Compensation ranges from $130 to $300 per hour based on seniority level. Onboarding is rolling and ongoing, with monthly review cycles.
