Role DescriptionThe Engagement Lead – Enterprise Accounts is a full-time, hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the individual oversees strategic relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring that ACE Global solution units deliver on defined outcomes across AI, data, compliance, and platform domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing engagement plans, tracking performance metrics, and communicating progress and risks to client stakeholders and internal leadership.
The Engagement Lead will facilitate discovery sessions, support solution design, and align resources to evolving client needs, while maintaining clear documentation and governance for each engagement. This position also involves identifying expansion opportunities, refining engagement processes, and contributing to best practices that enhance ACE Global’s deployed outcomes model.
- Experience in enterprise account management, client success, or consulting, with a focus on complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Background in technology-driven initiatives such as AI infrastructure, data governance, compliance engineering, or platform delivery, or the ability to learn these domains quickly.
- Strong skills in project and program management, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and status reporting for multiple concurrent engagements.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and align executive and technical stakeholders.
- Analytical and outcome-oriented mindset, comfortable working with performance data, KPIs, and structured engagement frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a hybrid work environment, collaborating effectively both on-site and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, compliance or data-related credentials) are a plus.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients is strongly preferred.
