- Design and innovate business function processes, defining key performance indicators to meet organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with business process owners to create process blueprints and establish clear requirements that enhance efficiency.
- Assist in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design specifications are fulfilled.
- Educate stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of design solutions and process improvements.
- Lead the development of business process blueprints aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Financial Services.
- Recommended proficiency in Oracle Utilities.
- Strong experience in Business Process Design and Functional Designs.
- Intermediate proficiency in Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management.
- Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
