As part of a zone or country Enterprise Learning and Adoption team, work with Professional Services and project management to deliver high quality Learning and Adoption Services and end user training. Contribute to the delivery of Enterprise Learning and Adoption programs in agreed DI domains that enable customers to minimize user adoption risks and to achieve superior adoption of the Digital Enterprise solution.

Deliver standard and custom instructor‑led trainings in center, at customer site or as distance learning. Applies aspects of Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of Customer user communities. In collaboration with the lead Learning Architect, follows the Learning and Adoption work stream of customer programs deploying multiple Siemens DI products within a single domain (for example: DI, STS, DER) to multiple locations.

Actively participates in and contributes to the global “Learning” Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices. Works under self‑management on routine assignment/projects and light supervision on new assignment/projects. Works on projects/assignments of basic to moderate scope.

• Conduct in person and online training classes to our customers utilizing our Active Workspace and Teamcenter product suite.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, command of specific technical subject matter, ability to learn new technologies quickly, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in the simplest possible terms (relative to the audience).
• Stimulate interest and enhance learner understanding through appropriate anecdotes, stories, analogies and humor. Use activities that allow learners to review and apply content at appropriate intervals.
• Apply Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of customers’ user communities.
• Actively participate in and contribute to the global “Learning” Community of Practice and contribute to the definition, development and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.
• Current U.S. Citizenship required, due to federal contract requirements.

• 5-10 years (required minimum one year) of experience in design, development and/or delivery of Teamcenter and Active Workspace training, and blended‑learning solutions. Please have Teamcenter and Workspace listed in your resume in any roles where you may have training experience or development experience.
• Experience with Active Workspace Client‑side and Server‑side customization.
• Comfortable with conducting online as well as in‑person training classes.
• Strong communication skills to connect with the users attending in‑person or online training classes.
• Willingness to continuously update knowledge to stay current with rapidly evolving versions of Teamcenter & Active Workspace.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, or Associates with direct experience.
• Must be able to support U.S. Department of Defense requests, requiring current U.S. Citizenship status.
• Must currently reside in the continental USA.
