Your missions:
Define and pilot large-scale ML/AI architectures for our clients. Supervise ML Engineers teams and ensure their skill development. Ensure the robustness, performance, and governance of delivered solutions. Contribute to commercial development (pre-sales, proposals, presentations). Structure our ML Engineering methodologies and promote best practices in responsible AI. Interact with IT, data, and business directions to ensure strategic alignment. Qualities required to succeed in this role:
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience in ML engineering, including experience in team management. Expertise in Cloud Data (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data (Spark, Kafka), and MLOps (Kubeflow, MLflow). Solid understanding of modern architectures (lakehouse, event-driven, CI/CD). Technical leadership, excellent communication, and ease with C-level stakeholders. Fluent English (C1).
