Systems Administrator, Tier 2, Lev ; AE

AEITS, a GTSC company, seeks a Systems Administrator, Tier 2, Level 3.

Location:

Annapolis Junction, Maryland area.

Shift work
- Sat to Wed 10 PM to 2 AM. All work is on-site, in-person in a SCIF environment. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Clearance:
Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.

Compensation: $97,000 to $105,000.

• Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop and/or systems hardware and software.
• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
• Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions.
• Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
• Identifies, investigates, resolves and follows up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.

• High School or GED with 20 years experience.
• Bachelors Degree with 15 years experience.

• 401K with employer contribution. Fully vested at 1 year anniversary.
