Rad Net, Inc. is seeking an experienced Help Desk Specialist to work remotely providing support for cloud-related applications and infrastructure for NIH NIAID. The specialist will serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and provide tiered support.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an active Public Trust security clearance, as well as experience in Health IT help desk environments. Residing within the Washington DC Metro area is required.
