Position Overview
Epic Clin Doc Analyst – Clinical Applications team. Supports, optimizes, and enhances the Epic Clin Doc module to improve clinical workflows, documentation quality, and overall user experience. Works closely with clinical stakeholders, IT teams, and operational leaders to ensure the Epic system supports safe, efficient, and compliant patient care.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve basic application issues and provide end‑user support.
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor applications for issues related to maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.
- Assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity.
- Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Epic Clin Doc certification required. If not currently certified, must complete certification within 3–6 months of hire.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
