Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking a Team Lead (IT Recruiter) for a work-from-home position. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 7 years of experience in team handling and IT recruitment, with a deep understanding of tech roles and industry standards.
Responsibilities include managing team targets, sourcing candidates through various channels, and coordinating interviews. This is a female-only position, and career breaks are accepted. Timings are from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, with two Saturdays off per month.
