We are seeking an experienced Infor Syte Line Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Infor Syte Line ERP solutions for manufacturing environments. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, configure the system, and provide functional support across various Syte Line modules.
The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, finance integration, and ERP implementation methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure and support Infor Syte Line / CSI modules based on business needs.
- Lead functional workshops, gap analysis sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Work closely with manufacturing, inventory, procurement, planning, finance, and customer service teams.
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and optimization projects.
- Create functional design documents, SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
- Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations, integrations, and reports.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and production deployment activities.
- Provide post-production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Ensure ERP processes align with manufacturing best practices and business objectives.
- Support data migration, master data setup, and validation activities.
- Train end users and provide ongoing functional support.
