CRM​/Data Strategists - remote

Dear CRM / Data Strategists,

We are currently looking for multiple CRM / Data Strategists for one of the leading tech companies in Germany. The position is 100% remote and long-term.

• Freelancing/Contracting

• 100% remote
• Duration: long-term 6+ months
• Capacity: full-time, part-time also possible
• Language:
  English
• Central European Time

• Experience with CRM platforms, ideally Hub Spot CRM, including segmentation and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with marketing automation in Hub Spot and Mailchimp (audiences, tagging, workflows).
• Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking and performance analysis.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Understanding of A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or Adobe Target and how insights are applied to optimization.
