Best of both worlds position! In this position, you will get to manage and lead your own team but remain hands on technical in the weeds, being the automation/Salesforce or Hubspot expert! Chance to build your own digital marketing plan and to also manage & drive your own team! Dual position where you will both "in the weeds" and hands on doing & leading marketing automation, but also lead & build out a small team.
If you can periodically drive to Des Moines, you can mostly work remote. Position type that will offer work from home options and ample flexibility!

What skills you must have:
- Ability to flex between strategy/managing & tactical execution.
- Email marketing
- Marketing automation campaigns, specific experience with Salesforce. Similar tools also considered.
- Marketing analytics experience
- Social / Paid Media
- Leading web analytics and involved with business intelligence reporting, and data/workflow integration with our CRM platform.
- Digital properties (i.e., websites and landing pages)
- Social & Paid Media experience
- Lead nurturing/scoring, lead lifecycle management, CRM integration, and marketing analytics for both B2C and B2B marketing campaigns.
- Growth hacking
- Responsible for leading the development of all digital media strategies and direct effective execution and optimization across all digital media channels in support of marketing programs.

Full time salaried position up to $105K plus bonus - $115K total compensation.
