Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SEO account managers to execute on-page optimizations and technical SEO audits
- Optimize website copy and landing pages for search engine visibility
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, and expansion
- Implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
- Research market trends and seasonal opportunities in client industries
- Perform competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
- Implement SEO changes in content management systems (CMS)
- Track, report, and analyze SEO performance, recommending improvements
- Stay updated on the latest SEO strategies, trends, and algorithm changes
- Contribute to the company’s marketing blog and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and expertise
Requirements
- 2+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices
- Passion for SEO, digital marketing, and continuous learning
- Ability to execute strategies while meeting client deadlines
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Comfortable working in a team with a growth-oriented mindset
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics
