GovCIO is hiring an Associate Service Desk Technician - Tier I to provide excellent first-tier technical support to Veterans. This fully remote position requires strong customer service skills and knowledge of mobile devices and software troubleshooting.
You will assist users with device setup, application support, and various technical issues while ensuring a positive user experience. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience.
