Seeking a Project Manager with experience running ceremonies.
Must have health insurance or healthcare experience
. This is a REMOTE contract-to-hire position. Must be USC or GC.

• Hybrid Project Manager / Scrum Master profile (approx. 70% PM / 30% Scrum Master).
• Must have end-to-end project management experience across multiple applications, not just limited to agile ceremonies.
• Budget management, stakeholder communications, risk/status reporting, and ability to present to leadership are critical.
• Ability to flex between PM responsibilities and Scrum Master duties as needed.

• Strong background in large‑scale transformation efforts (especially in network/technology and claims areas).
• Experience with hybrid projects (traditional planning + agile methods).
• Exposure to CVS/Aetna environments is highly preferred; healthcare/insurance experience is a strong plus.
• For claims roles,
  claims domain knowledge or prior project management in claims is especially important.

• Must be US Citizens or Green Card holders (no H1B/visa).
• Must be open to joining full-time (intent‑to‑convert), not only as long‑term contractors.
• Work must be aligned with East Coast hours
  , though candidates can be remote.
