Stratfield is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide hands‑on troubleshooting and diagnostic support for new and existing locations. In this role, you will follow up with sites to identify issues, help determine root causes, and work with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. The ideal candidate has strong technical debugging skills and experience using tools such as Datadog to monitor and diagnose system performance.
Remote contract position for 6 months (with possibility of extension). Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be U.S. based.
Responsibilities- Follow up with locations to identify and diagnose technical issues
- Use monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog to troubleshoot and determine root cause
- Resolve or escalation issues efficiently while maintaining detailed documentation of findings and actions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Identify recurring problems and contribute to process and system improvements
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience using Datadog or similar observability tools
- Familiarity with Kubernetes environments
- Ability to debug issues, analyze logs, and identify root causes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience supporting multi‑site or distributed technology environments
