THE POSITION

In this role, you will review system data, fix reporting issues, and help improve the tools that support mental health and intellectual disability services.

This role focuses on improving and supporting systems used in billing, reimbursement, and technical operations across Commonwealth facilities. You will help identify issues, test system changes, and assist staff statewide. As a Management Analyst 2, you will perform the following duties:
- System Analysis:
Analyze electronic data processing programs and respond to technical requests to maintain smooth billing operations. - Program Testing:
Conduct testing on systems and recommend needed revisions or additions. - On‑Site Support:
Provide on‑site technical assistance and install hardware systems when needed. - Staff Training:
Prepare instructions and training materials and lead training sessions for reimbursement office personnel. - Process Review:
Survey staff to gather information, identify process issues, and propose ways to improve efficiency. - Financial Tasks:
Post deposits to SAP, manage related documentation, and generate daily financial records.
- Full‑time employment.
- Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with a 30‑minute lunch.
- Telework:
Opportunity to work from home part‑time, up to 3 days per week, subject to change. In‑office training required. Qualified candidates must have a securely configured high‑speed internet connection and an approved work location in Pennsylvania. - Salary:
Starting salary may be non‑negotiable in some cases. - Telework and salary details will be discussed during the interview.
- One year of experience as a Management Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor’s degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- You must meet the PA residency requirement.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
