• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and supportable technical solutions
• Produce and maintain key architecture deliverables such as diagrams, models and documentation
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies and operational requirements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including delivery, infrastructure, security and application owners
• Evaluate technologies, platforms and design options and provide clear recommendations
• Support project and program teams during planning, estimation, delivery and transition to operations
• Identify architecture risks, dependencies, constraints and mitigation plans early in the lifecycle
• Contribute to the development of reference architectures, reusable patterns and best practices
• Participate in architecture governance, design reviews and solution assurance activities
• Help ensure solutions are designed with appropriate consideration for resilience, performance, supportability, compliance and cost efficiency

We are looking for a senior‑level architect with deep expertise in:

• Automation (preferably Ansible, Python, and Power Shell optional)
• Windows Server / clustering / virtualization / storage / networking

• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2+ years in a solution architecture, technical architecture or senior technical design role
• Practical Ansible experience
• Enterprise or managed services background
• Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with cloud architecture on platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience with integration patterns and APIs
• Relevant certifications in architecture, cloud or security are an asset
• Ability to balance strategic design with practical delivery realities

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to:

• Deliver high‑quality solution designs that are clear, actionable and aligned to business goals
• Improve design consistency and reduce delivery risk through sound architecture practices
• Enable projects to move forward faster by providing practical, well‑structured guidance
• Strengthen collaboration across engineering, security and operations
• Support the creation of reusable standards and patterns across the Global Architecture function
