Rad Net, Inc. is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst in Miami, FL. This role involves responding to Service Desk incidents via phone or email and providing support for PCs, software, and peripheral devices.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, and at least 5 years of technology experience, preferably in a client support role. Knowledge of Service Now and networking concepts is highly desirable.
