Position: Fractional PM — AI Transformation for 2+ Products
Project Brief One Seven  Tech is a US-based AI agency embedding directly with non-tech mid-market companies to lead their AI transformation. We are looking for a fractional Product Manager to work side-by-side with our CEO across 2 to 3 products simultaneously — from discovery to delivery.

This is a high-agency role for someone who can enter an ambiguous environment, define what needs to be built, and ship it fast — without waiting for a playbook.

Must-Haves Extreme Agency — You own results end-to-end and thrive in ambiguity without needing a manager to guide every step.

Startup Veteran — You have a history of navigating rapid growth and managing complex, simultaneous work streams with ease.
0-to-1 Product Mastery — Deep experience building from the ground up, finding product-market fit, and scaling into full maturity.

AI Native — You leverage LLMs and "vibe coding" to build prototypes quickly, ensuring engineering isn't a bottleneck for validation.

Multi-Product Expert — Proven ability to lead 2+ products at once, balancing varied user segments and conflicting priorities.

Hyper-Organized — A delivery machine who context-switches seamlessly and ensures no detail or task is ever overlooked.

Fluent English — Exceptional communication skills for direct collaboration with US-based clients and executive leadership.

Nice to Have Mid-Market Exposure — Background working alongside non-technical firms in sectors like real estate, healthcare, private equity, or construction.

AI Orchestration — Deep familiarity with agentic frameworks, LLM deployment, and forward-deployed product delivery strategies.

Technical Fluency — The ability to collaborate as a peer with engineering teams, grasping the underlying architecture of every solution.

Direct Founder Collaboration — Proven track record as an autonomous PM reporting straight to a CEO or founder to drive product vision.

What You Will Do Strategic Oversight — Manage the complete vision and delivery for multiple simultaneous products, each catering to unique user groups and commercial environments.

Client Integration — Deeply embed with non-technical organizations to map internal processes, uncover AI potential, and convert high-level uncertainty into concrete product roadmaps.

Full-Cycle Execution — Direct the entire product lifecycle, taking ownership of discovery, conceptualization, and validation through to the final release of new capabilities.

Rapid Prototyping — Harness LLMs and "vibe coding" to build functional mockups at speed, testing core hypotheses and demonstrating value before committing dev resources.

Team Collaboration — Work as a peer with engineering and AI specialists to ensure high-velocity output and consistent progress across your entire product portfolio.

Strategy Loop — Synthesize direct market feedback and operational data to refine overarching product goals and improve the agency's proprietary AI frameworks.

Executive Partnership — Partner directly with the CEO in a high-impact environment where your contributions have immediate visibility and consequence.
