Compensation: Competitive salary structure

Location: Katy, TX, with potential for placement at various unanticipated client sites throughout the United States for project implementation. It may require extended travel.

Responsibilities for SAP Success Factors Consultant:

• Analysis of Business and user needs, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirements (Business and Functional);
• Create Functional Analysis Matrix and conduct Peer Review of Functional Matrix;
• Analysis of current processes/procedures and the development of recommendations for proper improvements;
• Expertise in Employee Central – Foundation Objects, MDF, Workflows, RBP, Business Rules, Picklist management, Data Models, Position Management and Ad Hoc reports;
• Built inbound/outbound integrations and out of the Success Factors solutions using Integration center;
• Provide relevant subject matter clarifications for Client Business Users including the potential implications of functional and technical recommendations;
• Experience with Data mapping including templates preparation, uploading data and troubleshooting;
• Deep understanding of Integrations platforms and hands on experience with SAP Cloud Platform;
• Manage user and security profiles and role-based permissions;
