Assist Rx, Inc. is looking for an IT Support Tech to join its Internal Systems IT Support Team in Orlando, Florida. This role entails providing in-person and remote IT support to staff and team members, acting as an escalation path for local technicians, and facilitating new technology evaluations to enhance the User Experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support, excellent customer service skills, and a range of technical knowledge including Windows and Macintosh systems, as well as Microsoft Office 365.
