As the EPIC Ambulatory Principal Trainer, you are responsible for training the user community on Epic applications and serve as the expert on Epic clinical applications and associated Pro Medica clinical or operational workflows. You will build, test, and maintain the training technical environment, create and maintain high‑quality training materials, and coordinate super‑user training for the application.

- Maintain the training technical environment.
- Create and update training materials.
- Coordinate super‑user training sessions.
- Provide a dynamic, engaging learning environment.
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong computer skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated, interpersonal, and trouble‑shooting capabilities.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must earn required certification within 3 months of completing the first Epic class for the designated application.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, information technology, business, or related field.
- Experience providing education to adult learners and computer‑based learning.
- Knowledge of health‑care operations and Microsoft Office.
- 3–5 years of experience as an educator in industry or academic settings.
- Epic Ambulatory Principal Trainer certification.
This is a remote position with limited to residents of selected U.S. states. Occasionally may lift or carry medium‑weight objects.
