GovCIO is seeking an Associate Service Desk Technician - Tier I to provide exceptional technical support to our nation’s Veterans. This fully remote role requires strong technical knowledge and a commitment to service excellence. Candidates should have experience with mobile devices and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, documenting support tickets in Service Now, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of technical support experience and a high school diploma (higher education preferred).
