GovCIO is looking for an Associate Service Desk Technician - Tier I to provide exceptional technical support to Veterans and VA providers. The ideal candidate will assist with mobile device setup, application support, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues while delivering outstanding customer service.
This role is fully remote but requires attendance at a one-week training in Herndon, VA for those located in the DC/MD/VA area. Applicants need to maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
