Net Smart Technologies is seeking a remote Service Desk Technician to be the first line of contact for clients with issues related to Netsmart solutions. This role involves managing incidents, addressing technical support requests, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of support experience and a high school diploma or GED. Candidates with an Associates or Bachelor's degree are preferred. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly, and effective written communication skills.
