Blu Omega is seeking Jr Application Support Analysts to support one of our clients, contributing to enterprise systems operations and modernization efforts. This role supports the development, enhancement, and maintenance of mission‑critical applications that enable regulatory, scientific, and operational workflows. The position operates within a remote work environment with local preference, and is responsible for supporting user needs, resolving technical issues, and maintaining application support.

Support day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and modernization of systems enabling regulatory and scientific activities.

Location:

Remote, with preference for local candidates near Silver Spring, MD.

Clearance:
Obtain public trust clearance.

Work Authorization: U.S. or Green Card holder eligible to obtain public trust clearance.

• Respond to and resolve user support requests.
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
• Maintain knowledge base documentation.
• Support user training and enablement.

• 1+ years in technical or application support.
• Experience with ticketing tools (Service Now, Jira, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of AI‑enhanced support automation.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain public trust clearance.

• ITIL certification.
• Experience with scripting or automation.
• Basic SQL experience.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00.

Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
