Compensation: Competitive salary structure

Location: Katy, TX, with potential for placement at various unanticipated client sites throughout the United States for project implementation. It may require extended travel.

Job Duties:

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations, including project planning, scope management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with payroll processes, and configure the system to meet regional‑specific payroll needs (e.g., USA, Germany, UK).
• Customize payroll schemas, rules, and calculations to comply with local tax, regulatory, and legal requirements, including configuring wage types and deductions.
• Oversee the integration of ECP/SAP with other SAP modules (e.g., Success Factors, Time Management) and third‑party systems, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization.
• Lead payroll testing efforts, including the creation of test cases, performing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure error‑free payroll processing.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, managing payroll processing issues, addressing system discrepancies, and handling queries during payroll cycles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
