Build Your Career. Make a Difference. We are seeking a skilled Senior EPIC Configuration Analyst. This position is responsible for in-depth knowledge of assigned Epic System software. This position conducts regular day‑to‑day communication, reviews software, demonstrates a deeper understanding of business operations, and works with Epic, Subject Matter Experts, and end users to tailor the system to fit the organization’s needs.

- Provide tier‑2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk; including 24/7 on‑call coverage as required.
- Perform analysis to resolve application incidents, maintenance items, enhancement requests, upgrades/updates, and projects, collaborating with colleagues and across teams.
- Develop and maintain requirements/specifications and test cases for new or enhanced functionality to department applications. Ensure the test scripts have been created, reviewed, and updated to reflect workflow solutions.
- Modify Epic records, tables, and master files to support the application design, additions, and changes.
- Implement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with department policies and procedures.
- Actively participate and contribute in team and cross‑team meetings and maintain appropriate meeting records.
- Have advanced understanding of your supported application, integration and general understanding of clinical/revenue cycle applications.
- Work independently 100% of the time.
- Promote teamwork within and with other teams.
- Support the training team by keeping trainers abreast of new functionality and system changes.
- Understanding of workflows, integration between application, downstream systems, and integrated workflows.
- Create new workflows with collaboration of SME.
- Create solutions that allow our end users to be more productive and effective.
In office expected for individuals within 60 miles of Albuquerque every Tues, Wed, Thurs.
RemoteOpen to remote applicants in the United States, except for the following states:
California, Illinois, North Dakota, New York, Ohio, Washington, and Wyoming.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of IT or business experience.
- 2 years of Epic specific experience. 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Epic certified in supporting application plus additional proficiency/certification/badges in related application area.
