Computer Support Specialists

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a biometric passport. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge in the IT industry.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Provide step‑by‑step instructions or guidance to customers on how to resolve their issues.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments or senior technicians.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and virus scans.
• Keep track of all customer interactions and resolutions in our database.

• Indian national with a valid biometric passport.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting techniques.

$1000 per month, negotiable based on experience.

Washington DC, United States. Remote work may be available depending on the candidate's location.
