All Lines Technology Inc. is seeking a Tier II Service Desk Analyst to provide remote technical support to end users. The role involves resolving technical problems, managing service requests, and ensuring compliance with the Service Desk Service Level Agreement. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and experience troubleshooting various technologies.

Applicants should hold an Associate's degree in Information Technology and possess A+ certification. Additional experience in a Service Desk role is preferred.
