Locations: Hybrid or Remote – Raleigh, NC; or U.S. offices (Canton, MA; Boston, MA; Farmington, CT)

• Understand and articulate the business need and project objectives, ensuring team members have a clear view of the desired outcome.
• Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, resource requirements, budget, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and resource constraints.
• Monitor and report on key project milestones.
• Manage changes in project scope, escalating issues as necessary.
• Track and report on key project milestones; recommend adjustments to project plans and/or resources to meet objectives.
• Identify, monitor and communicate project-related issues and risks; recommend mitigation strategies or other solutions.
• Provide direction, support and leadership to project teams that may involve multiple functional departments, vendors, and contractors.
• Work with project teams and end users to coordinate systems testing, training and support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of IT project management or related business experience, with at least 3–5 years managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Experience with meeting facilitation and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated management, leadership and team‑building skills.

The typical base salary range for this position is $126,000–$168,000, adjusted for location. For candidates in San Francisco, CA;
Washington, DC;
Massachusetts; and New York City metro area, the range is $147,000–$172,000. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for bonus potential and a full range of benefits, including:
