You will join our Modern Workplace team
, supporting customers in moving from on‑premise environments to Microsoft 365. We work in project teams, close to the customer, focusing on practical, well‑designed cloud solutions.

Reports to:

Modern Workplace Team Lead | Visa Requirements:
Valid working visa for Poland | Language requirements:
Fluent level of Polish and English

• Deliver migration projects to Microsoft 365
• Migrate and configure:
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint Online (migration and basic configuration)
• Support customers during on‑prem → cloud transformation
• Design basic M365 architecture for migration projects
• Take part in hybrid projects (Exchange / Active Directory / identity)

• Experience with Microsoft 365 migration projects
• Hands‑on knowledge of Exchange Online
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or Microsoft Teams
• Understanding of hybrid environments
• Ability to work in projects and communicate directly with customers

• Real end‑to‑end migration projects (not only support tasks)
• Direct contact with customers and influence on technical decisions
• Experienced, supportive team
