The Project Manager with Salesforce experience will lead and coordinate end-to-end project delivery for augmented reality and enterprise IT initiatives, with a strong focus on Salesforce-related implementations and integrations. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Sacramento, CA, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope and plans, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality and compliance with client requirements.

The role involves tracking project progress, facilitating stakeholder communication, identifying and mitigating risks, and overseeing logistics and resource allocation. The Project Manager will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure Salesforce solutions are aligned with business goals and delivered on schedule.

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of project tasks, materials, and deliverables.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to technical and business requirements.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage resources, dependencies, and flow of information across teams and vendors.
• Hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects or implementations, including configuration, integration, or deployment oversight.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in hybrid and cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving client needs and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are preferred but not required.
