We’re transforming a large-scale enterprise product into a cloud-native SaaS offering to support multiple customers in their journey to the cloud.

This is a high-impact technical leadership role where you’ll own key architectural decisions, guide Dev Ops practices across teams, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and production-ready.

This is a critical role where your decisions will directly shape the infrastructure and Dev Ops standards across the organization.

• Define and lead Dev Ops strategy for our Azure-based SaaS transformation
• Design, build, and evolve production-grade infrastructure on Azure
• Architect and oversee Kubernetes (AKS) environments at scale
• Drive adoption of Git Ops workflows (Argo CD, Git Hub) and CI/CD automation
• Standardize Infrastructure as Code with Terraform across all environments
• Establish and improve observability (logging, monitoring, alerting, incident response)
• Ensure cloud security, RBAC, and secret management best practices are applied
• Collaborate with architects, backend teams, and stakeholders to support delivery at scale
• Provide technical leadership to other engineers and support knowledge sharing across teams

• Extensive (5+ years) experience designing and running large-scale systems on Azure/GCP/AWS.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, ideally with strong AKS production experience
• Proven track record leading Git Ops-based delivery (e.g., Argo CD)
• Strong skills in Terraform and CI/CD systems
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, Power Shell)
• Solid understanding of networking (VNETs, DNS, NSGs, peering, etc.)
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Good understanding of cloud security and secret management (EntraID, Azure Key Vault, Azure RBAC)
• Hands‑on experience with Helm or Kustomize for Kubernetes configuration management
• Fluent in English and good communication in German is a must (B2)
