Location: Kief
Boosta Inc Kyiv is seeking an IT Helpdesk (Full-Time) to support users across Windows/macOS/Linux, manage access, printers, networks, and telephony. You will handle requests via Jira and Slack, set up hardware, maintain documentation, onboard/offboard staff, and monitor systems.
Flexible hours with the possibility to work remotely, plus medical insurance, mental health care, courses, English classes and an internal library to support ongoing learning.
