White Mountain IT is seeking a capable IT Support Technician to deliver in-house and on-site support, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues. You will assist clients remotely and on client sites within 60 miles of Nashua, NH, documenting incidents and helping migrations and upgrades.
You should have 2–3 years in IT support, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with MSP tools like Kaseya, Connect Wise or Datto.
