Sie erstellen Views/Reports, leiten das ITSM-Designboard, dokumentieren Schnittstellen zu Serviceprovidern und bauen die CMDB-Struktur aus. Wichtig sind ITIL-Verständnis, Service Now-Administrator-Zertifizierung und gute Englischkenntnisse.
