  • Own media strategy, campaign planning, builds, and ongoing management of our clients’ media efforts, including QA.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients, answering requests and troubleshooting platform and media execution issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete day‑to‑day tasks, guide junior members, and seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Execute on media platforms across Programmatic, Social, and Search channels such as:
    • Programmatic DSPs: DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, etc.

  • Stay current on Monks offerings and ad‑industry changes, identifying opportunities to enhance client services.
Qualifications
  • Intermediate proficiency in at least three relevant platforms and a conceptual understanding of the media landscape.
  • Ability to identify and act on problems, roadblocks, and next steps.
  • Experience working with and contextualizing data to identify trends and outputs.
  • Ability to host professional‑grade meetings with agendas.

  • 3+ years in a relevant media role.
  • Experience in a professional setting with teams and clients.
Benefits

  • Generous PTO and 15 company‑wide holidays.
  • 401(k) with company contribution.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Focus on work‑life balance and personal well‑being.
  • Career growth and entrepreneurial opportunities within the Monks network.
  • Inclusive culture with employee resource groups.
