About The Role
The Media Operations team focuses on hands‑on activation of digital channels—tagging, trafficking, buying, and more—to achieve media and business goals. You will manage, optimize, and report on media campaigns for a portfolio of clients, both individually and as part of a broader team. This is a remote/hybrid role with collaborators across the US and internationally.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of media plans, and independently manage client communications and platform trainings.
- Own media strategy, campaign planning, builds, and ongoing management of our clients’ media efforts, including QA.
- Build trust and rapport with clients, answering requests and troubleshooting platform and media execution issues.
- Collaborate with team members to complete day‑to‑day tasks, guide junior members, and seek opportunities for improvement.
- Execute on media platforms across Programmatic, Social, and Search channels such as:
- Programmatic DSPs: DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, etc.
- Ad Servers:
Campaign Manager - Social Buying Platforms:
Meta, Linked In, X, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Reddit - Search Engines & Search Management Platforms:
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360 - Utilize internal tools and processes (e.g., Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, Workday) for daily work.
- Stay current on Monks offerings and ad‑industry changes, identifying opportunities to enhance client services.
- Intermediate proficiency in at least three relevant platforms and a conceptual understanding of the media landscape.
- Ability to identify and act on problems, roadblocks, and next steps.
- Experience working with and contextualizing data to identify trends and outputs.
- Ability to host professional‑grade meetings with agendas.
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and larger initiatives.
- Strong self and social awareness to manage personal state, stress, and client interactions.
- 3+ years in a relevant media role.
- Experience in a professional setting with teams and clients.

Salary Range: $100,000—$110,000 USD
