Relativity is seeking an Application Analyst in Customer Support to provide specialized technical assistance across our product vertical. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and network issues for a mix of technical and non-technical customers, mainly via phone and email.
You'll manage tickets in Salesforce, adhere to SLAs, work a Sunday-Thursday CST shift on a hybrid/remote basis, and develop Relativity product knowledge.
