Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Workday Trainer to support a large-scale, multi-country Workday transformation initiative. This role will focus on delivering high-quality, scalable training solutions across global HR functions, ensuring successful system adoption and long-term sustainability. This individual will primarily support Business-as-Usual (BAU) Workday training efforts, while also flexing into special projects across the broader Workday and HR technology ecosystem, including integrations with tools such as Paradox and Hired Score.
TrainingDelivery & Facilitation
- Deliver virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) sessions across global audiences, primarily U.S.
-based, with additional support for regions including Europe, Canada, Sri Lanka, Bahamas, and Costa Rica. - Facilitate 1‑hour training sessions distributed throughout the month to support ongoing system adoption.
- Execute a “train‑the‑trainer” model, enabling internal stakeholders to scale training delivery.
- Adapt facilitation approach to support diverse global audiences and learning styles.
- Develop and maintain Workday training materials, including:
- End‑user guides and job aids
- Process documentation and “how‑to” materials
- Build and continuously improve Workday learning content and curriculum aligned to system updates and business needs.
- Create and manage training schedules and VILT program calendars.
- Partner with global HR, HRIS, and business stakeholders to ensure training aligns with system functionality and deployment timelines.
- Support broader Workday special projects as needed (5–20% allocation).
- Collaborate across time zones to ensure effective global coordination, with the majority of work aligned to Central Time hours.

- 5+ years of experience in Workday training, learning, or enablement roles.
- Experience supporting full lifecycle Workday implementations across multiple modules.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale, global Workday implementations across multiple modules.
- Expertise delivering VILT and developing scalable training programs.
- Experience working in complex, multi-site environments, including union and non-union populations.
- Strong understanding of Workday functional areas, particularly:
- Time Tracking
- Recruiting
- Compensation
- Absence
- Reporting
- Proven ability to translate complex system processes into clear, user-friendly training materials.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global environments.
- Exposure to AI‑enabled recruiting tools such as Paradox or Hired Score (training support, not required to lead).
