Delivery Manager – Patient Access at Cardamom
Hybrid in Madison, WI or Remote (Anywhere in U.S.).
Responsibilities- Manage and mentor a team of remote analysts focused on supporting Epic revenue cycle and access modules across customers
- Oversee workload distribution, performance tracking, and career development for team members
- Ensure teams are delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and adhering to internal processes and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) across customers
- Align team capacity with project needs
- Identify skill gaps, provide coaching, support and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities
- Implement and maintain best practices, standards, and operational processes for revenue cycle delivery
- Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous operational excellence
- Foster a collaborative, fun, and engaged team culture
- Epic certification in an Epic Patient Access application (Cadence, Grand Central, or Prelude)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with at least 2–3 years in a people management role
- Experience managing teams of analysts or technical staff in a consulting or healthcare IT environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and implement operational improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle and access processes
